CREDENTIALS

My coaching skills stem directly from the diverse human resource leadership roles I have hold in the insulators, accompanied by my personal life experiences, and the learning I ensured from that journey. After completing my MBA, I entered into Human Resources field as a learning and development specialist. I later moved to USA in 2015 and re ignited my passion to lead people, project, processes. In these roles, I enabled C-suite employees to built dynamic teams, managed million dollar initiatives, and guided organizations through different stages of development including start-up, rapid growth, scale down, and reorganization.
