I am an experienced Human Resource professional who is passionate about being the catalyst for change in people, especially women. I help humans unleash their fullest potential, visualize their highest desires, and watch them flourish as they manifest and achieve both.

BACKGROUND

My coaching skills stem directly from the diverse human resource leadership roles I have hold in the insulators, accompanied by my personal life experiences, and the learning I ensured from that journey. After completing my MBA, I entered into Human Resources field as a learning and development specialist. I later moved to USA in 2015 and re ignited my passion to lead people, project, processes. In these roles, I enabled C-suite employees to built dynamic teams, managed million dollar initiatives, and guided organizations through different stages of development including start-up, rapid growth, scale down, and reorganization.

My Own Journey To Self Discovery

A heartbreak in 2013 led me to look inward and ask myself “Why me”. Years passed, I moved countries, life promotions came in the way from being daughter to wife, and mother came in quickly before even I knew I was ready. We never are ready!

My passion for serving others started to haunt me one more time in 2021 while I was at my lowest point of life, one more time I was in the pit of “why me”, this time I started looking at my strengths, and how I can utilize them to uplift others and spread joy, to the extent possible. I do not have billions to donate, what I have is a heart full of love, a brain on a continuous journey to learn, and a handful of souls that support me. With these ingredients, I found my North Star – to coach.
